Only  survivers can testify of criminal acts. We still have to find a way to be listened. The resources are uncountable but is it necessary to fight until  death to have access to it?

Hello, my name is  Marc Lapierre and I live in Quebec.

I decided to expose(explain) my experience(experiment) of more than twenty years as a victim of criminal act. I wish by this exercise to share with others my knowledge acquired during the years, the obstacles which the victims encounter during their quest to obtain a physical, psychic and emotional well being.

Furthermore, I propose a help section concerning  the law of the compensation for the victims of criminal acts, and from organisations which revolve around the IVAC as well as the position of the Canadian government on this question.

I would like to receive your comments and suggestions regarding this web. site so that they can reflect the reality which evolves  the changes brought to the laws and to the mentalities of the Quebecois and Canadian society.
